Position Overview
Supports overall business goals by preparing and entering new and custom data and updating existing product data in the enterprise resource planning and electronic document systems. Supports Product Development and Custom Fulfilment by assisting with reports and other key data information needed for project completion.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
• Create and maintain the new product, custom, ECN, and ERP/MRP process.
• Controls input of master records and bills of material information into ERP system (Visual and Syteline).
• Creates and enters new product and custom product structures by entering into ERP system based on drawings and information provided by product development and custom fulfilment.
• Modifies existing product structures from drawings and information provided by product development and manufacturing engineering.
• Coordinates implementation of product changes and releases
• Interfaces with product development for product knowledge and priorities.
• Interfaces with manufacturing engineering for parts routing.
• Interfaces with materials/purchasing to assure database integrity.
• Interfaces with accounting for cost information.
• Adding new part numbers and new revisions into the e-doc database (as defined by work instructions) (Lewisburg)
• Interface with order entry regarding color configurator. (Lewisburg)
• Moving part files to appropriate folder on server when adding new custom items, when processing engineering projects and when implementing engineering projects.
• Monitor projects by creating project scheduling spreadsheet, posting new projects in spreadsheet; tracking progress in spreadsheet; running weekly schedule reviews; coordinating effectivity dates with other departments, and sending out notifications when projects are completed and implemented. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintains compliance to environmental standard by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.

Qualifications, Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with Bills of Materials (BOM) in an ERP environment.
• Proficient in reading and typing with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional email communication.
• Computer literate with proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing, and database systems (ERP experience preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate degree or equivalent experience, preferred
Working Conditions:
Normal office environment setting or may be exposed to noise if working in or around a production area. Schedule is Monday through Friday, normal business hours. Constantly required to sit, use hands, talk, and hear. Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Position Location:
Position is onsite Monday through Friday (8AM-5PM) and not remote eligible.
Compensation:
Compensation for this position will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications, aligning with industry standards. The salary range for Lewisburg, PA, is also based upon geographical market standards for the industry and position in those areas.
