  • Currently 2 Physicians with a goal to grow to 3–4 Physicians
  • 3 experienced Nurse Practitioners providing strong clinical support
  • Collegial, patient-centered culture with an excellent referral base
  • Coverage includes: 3 hospitals
  • Multiple dialysis clinics
  • 2 office locations
  • Call rotation: 1 in 3
  • Partnership track available after 1 year
