En tant qu'Agent(e) soutien aux agences (Alma), vous jouerez un role cle dans le bon fonctionnement des agences Carriere en offrant un soutien complet, coordonne et professionnel tant aux clients qu'a la force de vente et a l'equipe de direction.

En tant qu'Agent(e) soutien aux agences (Alma), vous serez au cur de la mission des agences Carriere. Vos principales responsabilites incluent:

  • Accueillir et accompagner la clientele ainsi que la force de vente, en personne ou au telephone, en offrant un service professionnel et courtois;

  • Assurer une communication fluide et une collaboration efficace avec la force de vente et le Centre de soutien et services Carriere, et diriger les demandes vers les specialistes appropries au besoin;

  • Offrir un soutien administratif et operationnel a la force de vente, notamment lors de la mise sous contrat, de l'accueil, de l'integration et du depart des conseillers;

  • Soutenir le directeur d'agence dans l'organisation des activites, la gestion de l'agenda, la preparation des reunions, la compilation de rapports et la mise en place de nouveaux processus administratifs;

  • Contribuer a la vie en agence de facon positive en participant a la gestion des locaux, du courrier, des fournitures de bureau et en documentant les processus et taches lies aux activites Cabinet.
