Now Hiring: High-Level Soccer Coaches | Colorado Rush

Colorado Rush is looking for several experienced, passionate, and driven soccer coaches to join our Littleton staff. We are committed to developing players at all levels and are seeking coaches who can teach, inspire, and lead in a high-performance environment.
What We're Looking For:
  • Licensed coaches (USSF, UEFA, or equivalent preferred)
  • Experience working with competitive youth players (ECNL, Academy or similar levels)
  • Strong understanding of player development and game principles
  • Ability to create a positive, challenging, and professional training environment
  • Excellent communication, team player, and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions
  • Develop players technically, tactically, and mentally
  • Manage team performance during league and tournament play
  • Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff
  • Support the Club's long-term development philosophy

Position:
These are part-time contractor positions, working in the fall and spring seasons, August through May with optional summer opportunities. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens with a permanent residence in the U.S. and able to pass a comprehensive background check.
