The Casino Relationship Marketing Manager is responsible as a key resource to the Vice President of Casino Relationship Marketing in developing Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland as the premier gaming and entertainment venue in the mid-Atlantic region. Grows actual revenues annually, consistent with property plan, and cross property goals. Improves program margin through management of reinvestment and other expenses.  Implements and capitalizes on corporate, division and property VIP player’s initiatives, including VIP players contact management objectives. Maintains strong service culture with high employee and guest satisfaction levels. The Casino Marketing Manager is responsible for the successful operation of the Relationship Marketing team with direct supervision of the VIP Host team and indirect supervision of the Executive and Senior Executive Hosts.


Where You'll Make an Impact:

  • Supervision and leadership of the VIP and Executive Host team and indirect supervision of the Senior Executive Hosts
  • Assist with management of the budget for Relationship Marketing
  • Develop programs, processes and events to attract and retain VIP players to choose Live! Casino as their primary venue for gaming and entertainment.
  • Develop and manage programs and processes with a return on investment and player attraction and retention that exceeds the competition in the Mid-Atlantic region.
  • Develop and manage open communications and excellent working relationships with peer groups from all operational areas. Know and be known by peer group.
  • Develop and manage department’s financial data.
  • Review activities and promotional status with Vice President of Casino Marketing.
  • Developing and managing programs and processed for customer service and recognition of VIP players with emphasis on VIP players new and repeat.
  • Monitor and adjust performance to local competition meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary.
  • Provides training, interviews for hire, prepare schedules and conducts performance evaluations of the VIP Host team and other Relationship Marketing Team members as required.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results.

  • Knowledge and experience of player tracking systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications

Must-Haves:

  • A 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Five (5) to seven (7) years’ experience in all gaming, Player Development, casino operations and marketing is required. 
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the Maryland State Lottery and Gaming Commission for the position.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand 40% of the time
  • Ability to sit 60% of the time
  • Use of stairs and elevators.
