Position Summary:

CareWorks Health Services is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional eager to maximize their earnings while making a meaningful impact. You will be responsible for securing contracts, generating billable hours, building referral relationships, and ensuring successful client onboarding. With unlimited earning potential and an open territory, you have the opportunity to shape and grow your client base from the ground up.


Key Performance Objectives (KPOs) within the first 6-12 months on the job
  • Generate Billable Hours 
    • Achieve 160 billable hours per month from referral sources after a three-month ramp-up period.
    • Sign up new clients for care services
  • Build and Nurture Referral Relationships 
    • Establish and maintain referral relationships that result in signing up 2-3 new clients per week and generating 30-50 billable hours per week, by month 4
    • Acquire referrals that convert into signed clients, contributing to the overall growth and success of CareWorks Health Services.
  • Collaborate with the Caregiving Team:
    • Ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction by collaborating closely with the caregiving team.
