Job Summary:
Player 15 Group is the sports and entertainment company behind the Phoenix Suns (NBA), Phoenix Mercury (WNBA), Valley Suns (G League), and Mortgage Matchup Center.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Executive, Business Development to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will support all facets of Revenue for Player 15 Group with a primary focus on the Phoenix Mercury, while playing a key role in broader department initiatives.
Your role on the team:
  • Proactively generate new membership and ticket revenue across all Player 15 Group properties through outbound sales efforts including phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person presentations.
  • Consistently exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals and sales activity minimum standards.
  • Provide best-in-class service throughout the sales process by effectively communicating product value, handling objections, and setting up clients for long-term success.
  • Attend games and events to host prospects, conduct in-person appointments, and create upsell opportunities.
  • Support department-wide initiatives that contribute to continuous improvement, sales culture, and innovation in membership strategy.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Your Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrate success in outbound sales environments with a high level of daily activity and persistence.
  • Coachable and open to feedback, with a strong desire for continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Highly process-driven with the ability to follow established sales workflows and pipeline management practices.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging prospects via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Competitive mindset paired with a team-oriented attitude and resilience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Sports Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ year(s) experience in a dedicated outbound sales position, preferably within the sports and entertainment industry
