What you'll do

The Partner Operations Manager is responsible for owning and maintaining key processes across the partner lifecycle, capturing data while maintaining and improving data quality, and providing clear visibility into program and partner performance across the partner journey. the subject matter expert for our partner technology stack, data and analytics foundations, and partner tools and infrastructure and will lead the roadmap for our improving visibility and quality of our analytics capabilities to support a growing partner ecosystem and help Docusign achieve aggressive partner growth goals.

The Manager will be the operational lead of our Partner Programs, supporting the strategy, design and launch of new programs and partner benefits, with specific focus on our Service and Build partner tracks, as well as building improvements to partner setup, account management, and measurement of performance KPIs. They will focus on outcomes that drive simplicity, increase value, ensure data and process quality, and scale in support of a rapidly scaling organization.

They will partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Partner Programs and Success, GTM Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, Legal, Marketing, Enablement and the Partner team to design processes and systems, foster strong relationships, and ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.

This role requires excellent analytical capabilities, strong project management skills, a metrics - and insights - driven approach to prioritization, and the ability to lead conversations and decisions across many internal organizations.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr Director, Global Partner Operations.

Responsibility 

  • Manage operations for the Docusign Partner Program, maintaining Program content and field guide updates
  • Coordinate a regular Program Governance Council and maintain proper reporting / tracking of Program requirements and benefits consumption
  • Lead operations for our Build and Service Program Tracks
  • Support build-out of SI solutions and solution play tracking / process in PSO
  • Improve App Assurance (ISV solution) process and Services project tracking process
  • Support development of an improved Build partner journey
  • Provide Partner performance reporting and tracking
  • Drive standardization and expansion of partner KPIs
  • Ensure both internal and external audiences have consistent and repeatable reporting (including Customer usage reports)
  • Drive improvements in partner account architecture
  • Support requirements gathering and solution development for partner onboarding, support, and activation processes
  • Oversee Partner compliance & agreement management (templates and repository)
Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic 

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in a partner organization, GTM Operations, or Revenue Operations
  • Experience defining, tracking and reporting on KPIs for partner programs, pipeline, revenue, and ROI
  • Experience creating scalable processes and governance to support and grow a partner channel
  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce (or similar CRM) for reporting, workflows and process automation
  • Proven experience in project and program management with quantifiable results
  • Demonstrated experience managing or developing partner technology capabilities such as PRM, partner portals, partner application and onboarding flows, program administration, asset management, enablement platforms, and Marketing Development Funds (MDF)

Preferred

  • Proven experience leveraging AI and automation to improve operational processes, including data management controls, workflow automation, and governance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work with large data sets, identify trends and drivers, and translate insights into recommendations
  • Ability to direct and steer cross-functional teams, set clear priorities, and ensure quality and accountability
  • Ability to multitask, work under tight timelines and collaborate with geographically distributed teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for a variety of audiences
  • Roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to stand up new programs and enhance existing programs
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Tableau (or similar BI tools), with a track record of building or overseeing dashboards and performance reporting for GTM or partner organizations
  • Experience with additional analytics tools and languages (e.g., Excel at an advanced level; SQL or similar querying experience is a plus)
  • Problem solver who challenges the status quo and proactively seeks creative, scalable solutions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, operating in ambiguity, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Meticulous and vigilant, with a high level of attention to detail and data quality
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills, including experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $132,700.00 - $206,800.00 base salary

Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $126,500.00 - $173,900.00 base salary

Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $126,500.00 - $182,500.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
  • Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
