  • This role serves as the core Salesforce platform administrator for the team, responsible for advancing platform modernization, ensuring operational stability, and delivering hands-on end-user support across a white-glove, advisor-facing CRM environment.
Job Summary
  • Administer and support the Salesforce platform for approximately 400 users, including user setup, access and permission management, issue resolution, and day-to-day platform continuity
  • Perform advanced configuration across Lightning Experience, including page layouts, Dynamic Forms, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, and email templates
  • Execute data loads, corrections, duplicate resolution, reconciliation, and ongoing data hygiene routines to maintain platform integrity
  • Support project delivery by translating approved requirements into administrative configuration, setup activities, testing support, and release readiness coordination
  • Deliver end-user support and enablement by creating job aids, process guides, and user-facing materials that drive Salesforce adoption
  • Create and maintain administrative documentation, release notes, and knowledge content that support platform consistency and team continuity
  • Identify recurring issues, process gaps, and improvement opportunities, contributing to continuous improvement across platform administration and operational practices
Minimum Requirements:
  • 7 years of Salesforce Administrator or platform operations experience within a regulated industry
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications required
  • Demonstrated experience working within a federally regulated environment
  • Working knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Flow design, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of complex declarative automation
  • Strong experience administering user access and security, including permission sets, profiles, roles, queues, public groups, and Enterprise Territory Management (ETM)
  • Experience with data loads, data corrections, reconciliation, duplicate management, merge activities, and ongoing data quality processes
  • Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create and maintain administrative documentation, process guides, release notes, and knowledge content
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in financial services industries such as credit card, insurance, payment technologies, or investment banking
  • Familiarity with connected platform ecosystems, including Data Lake, Marketing Cloud, Informatica, and broader enterprise integration patterns
  • Experience with Salesforce ecosystem tools such as DocuSign, Apex Rollup, OwnBackup, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud
  • Experience supporting user acceptance testing, regression testing, release readiness, and post-deployment validation
