This role partners closely with executive leadership to improve efficiency, maintain compliance, and develop scalable processes that support business objectives.

Essential functions:

  • Lead and develop managers across multiple operational departments. 
  • Drive process improvements and workflow optimization to increase efficiency and productivity. 
  • Analyze KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance and resource utilization.

  • Manage employee performance, coaching, and professional development initiatives. 
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, People Operations, IT, Business Intelligence, and Quality teams.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Statistics, or a related field required; master's degree or MBA preferred. 
  • 8+ years of progressive operations management experience. 
  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience with direct oversight of managers and cross-functional teams. 
  • Proven success in scaling operations and driving process improvement initiatives. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 
  • Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, and HRIS platforms such as Paylocity preferred. 
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement experience is a plus.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

This position has supervisory responsibilities with managerial oversight and direction from the Director of Operations.
