As a Marketing Director, you will play a key role in driving the growth of the restaurant by building relationships within the community and supporting sales initiatives. This dynamic position allows you to make a direct impact on the restaurant's success by overseeing various marketing initiatives, community engagement efforts, and promotional events/activities. Your work will help strengthen the restaurant's connection with its guests, grow sales, and enhance the brand's presence.


Key Responsibilities:


Community Engagement:

  • Schedule, set up, and support Spirit Nights (fundraisers for local schools) to foster community relationships.
  • Coordinate Family Nights, providing a fun and engaging experience for families and driving restaurant traffic.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Promote new and seasonal menu items through various marketing channels to drive interest and sales.
  • Promote in-store sales contests to engage guests and encourage repeat business.
  • Respond to guests on social media platforms, promoting events and addressing customer inquiries.

Strategic Growth:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase restaurant visibility and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to align marketing initiatives with overall operational goals.
