Is this you?
- Have 2+ years of experience as a machine operator in manufacturing?
- Worked with plastics processes like blow molding, injection molding, thermoforming, or extrusion—or in highly automated plastics production?
- Comfortable navigating computerized production controls?
- Understand hydraulics, pneumatics, temperature control, and automation fundamentals?
- Known for precision, reliability, and a desire to learn?
What you’ll take on
- Set up and run automated blow molding lines for industrial plastic containers
- Continuously monitor performance through control systems and make on-the-fly adjustments
- Execute dimensional and wall-thickness inspections to meet spec
- Trim excess material and ensure parts are production-ready
- Maintain consistent material flow and restock supplies
- Troubleshoot minor issues; escalate complex problems quickly
- Keep your area safe, clean, and audit-ready
Schedules Training (2–6 weeks)
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, or
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
After training
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
