Dr. Garramone, Dr. Garcia, and the team work closely with each and every patient, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and cutting-edge surgical techniques to craft incredible results.

Summary/Objective

We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Care Coordinator with strong sales experience to join our growing practice. The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the quality of care provided to our patients. They act as the liaison between the patient and the surgeon. This position understands all the procedures offered within the practice and can confidently educate patients. In this position, creating a comfortable customer experience is key.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responds to web leads and phone calls from potential patients.
  • Follows up with potential patients who need to schedule services, or who have yet to schedule services.
  • Educates patients and possible patients on services, surgical process, and the practice.
  • Assists surgeon in consultations with patients by documenting services discussed.
  • Prepares and presents quotes for services.
  • Cross-selling procedures and products offered in the practice.
  • Communicates information about procedures, surgical process, and the practice effectively.
  • Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization working effectively as a team member with other members of management and the clinic staff.
Qualifications
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an ASC/office-based surgery center preferred.
  • Extensive sales and/or customer service experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong knowledge of cosmetic surgery procedures, treatments, and surgeries.
  • Fosters an environment of collaboration and respect with colleagues, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
