Pay Range: $20 plus commission eligible
Requirements
The In-Clinic Surgical Coordinator will be responsible for the following job responsibilities:
  • Greet the patient in the lobby & invite them to the consultation room
  • Provide the patient with instructions on prepping for the assessment
  • Debrief the doctor on patient medical history & important notes (for consults with Doctor)
  • Take notes as the doctor assesses the patient for their procedure of interest
  • Return to the room & invite the patient to an office to discuss pricing (educate the patient on next steps, i.e., paying a booking fee/ reserve a surgery date
  • Walk the patient out to the lobby, thanking them for their visit
  • Return to the consult room to properly clean & restock (as needed)
  • Interact with prospective patients in an effort to schedule them for in-clinic or virtual consultations
  • Close sales (collect 10% booking fee) by building rapport with potential clients and overcome objections
  • Create invoices and ensure the patient's medical form in the patient's portal has been signed, completed, and uploaded before the end of the pay-period
  • Communicate with prospective patients via text, email or over the phone
  • Follow our lead journey process
  • Focus on quantity: reach a target number of conversations on a daily basis
  • Focus on quality: have meaningful conversations with prospective patients and book them for consultations/ surgery
  • Answer warm calls from our CSS team
  • Assist with the intake of patients and schedule surgeries as needed
  • Provide accurate pricing estimates
  • Assist in any administrative sales tasks as needed (i.e., patient financing, pre- and post-procedure forms, etc.)
  • Assist in consultations (virtual or in-clinic) as needed or instructed
  • Educate patients on the procedures, what it entails, what labs/clearances are required based on their age and medical history, etc.
  • Explain the process of booking to each patient and what to expect after booking since there are multiple departments working together
Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
