Job description

Patient Care Coordinator – High-Ticket Aesthetic Sales Specialist

Location: In-Office (Blackhawk / East Bay Area, CA)

Position Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Base Salary & Performance Bonuses ($90,000-$120,000)

Benefits: Comprehensive Health/Dental, Paid Time Off, Employee Discounts on Aesthetics & Surgery, 401k

About the Role

We are an established, elite plastic surgery practice and medical spa looking for a dynamic, compassionate, and high-performing Plastic Surgery Sales Specialist to lead our surgical sales process.

In this role, you are the face, voice, and trusted guide for our elective surgery patients. You will manage incoming qualified leads, conduct comprehensive pre-consultation discovery, participate in surgeon consultations, and deliver multi-thousand-dollar custom surgical quotes.

We are not looking for an administrator or order-taker; we are seeking an empathetic sales professional who excels at building rapport, overcoming financial objections with tact, and closing high-ticket elective procedures while providing an elevated, luxury patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion & Inbound Management: Rapidly respond to, qualify, and nurture incoming phone, web, and social media leads to book high-intent consultation appointments.

Consultation & Quote Delivery: Attend surgeon consultations, sit in with patients immediately following the physician's assessment, and deliver customized surgical price quotes.

Closing & Financing Navigation: Guide patients through decision-making, explain financing options (CareCredit, PatientFi, etc.), overcome hesitations, and secure surgical deposits.

Pipeline Management & Follow-Up: Maintain disciplined follow-up with unbooked consultations and non-converted leads using our practice management software and CRM.

Surgery Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate surgical dates, collect pre-operative payments, and ensure seamless pre-op document completion.

Who You Are

A High-Ticket Closing Specialist: Proven track record of closing 5-figure transactions in elective healthcare, luxury retail, or consultative sales.

Empathetic & Instinctive: Able to instantly put nervous patients at ease while maintaining a professional, polished demeanor.

Relentless in Follow-Up: Motivated by target closing percentages and conversion metrics without ever sounding pushy.

Fluent in Medical Aesthetics: Deep familiarity with surgical procedures (facelifts, rhinoplasty, breast aesthetics, body contouring) or a demonstrated ability to learn complex medical offerings rapidly.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: 2+ years of high-ticket sales experience (Plastic Surgery PCC, MedSpa Consultative Sales, LASIK/Fertility Sales, or High-End Luxury Retail).

Track Record: Demonstrated success achieving personal sales quotas/closing metrics ($1M+ annual sales volume preferred).

Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with medical practice management systems (Nextech, EMRs), lead management platforms, or CRMs.
