Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cosmetic Surgery Sales Manager to lead our team of Sales Coordinators. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, coaching and developing the sales team, improving conversion rates, and ensuring an outstanding experience for prospective patients throughout the consultation and booking process.
The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience managing inside sales teams, and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Coordinators
  • Monitor daily sales activity, KPIs, and conversion performance
  • Train team members on effective phone sales techniques and patient communication
  • Ensure leads are followed up with promptly and professionally
  • Help optimize the patient journey from inquiry to procedure booking
  • Conduct call reviews and provide ongoing feedback and coaching
  • Collaborate with ownership and management to improve sales strategies and processes
  • Maintain a positive, high-energy, accountability-driven office culture
  • Assist with escalated patient concerns and high-value consultations when needed
  • Track team performance and prepare sales reports
Qualifications
  • Previous experience managing a sales team required
  • Experience in cosmetic surgery, plastic surgery, aesthetics, medical sales, or high-ticket sales preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong phone and interpersonal communication abilities
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
