Job Description
As an Plastic Process Line Operator, you will play a critical role in the production process, loading and unloading molding machines, assembling components, and ensuring product quality. This hands-on role requires a strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow technical documentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload components from molding and inserting machines
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and tape guns safely and effectively
  • Perform visual inspection and process verification to ensure product quality
  • Handle and install components with care and accuracy
  • Read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOM), routers, and work instructions
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Ability to read and understand Bills of Materials and assembly instructions
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Experience in manufacturing or injection molding a plus, but not required
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings
