As aProcess Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting daily production operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and driving process improvements. You will work closely with production teams and management to optimize manufacturing processes, troubleshoot equipment issues, and foster a safe and productive work environment.

What You'll Do

As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing, documenting, and implementing standardized molding processes to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Troubleshooting equipment and process issues related to product defects, injection molding parameters, and production efficiency.
  • Recommending and executing process improvements aimed at reducing costs, enhancing quality, and increasing productivity.
  • Setting up presses, related machinery, and work stations according to daily production schedules.
  • Training, mentoring, and motivating production staff to achieve operational excellence and safety standards.
  • Communicating effectively across departments and shifts to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Performing routine maintenance, adjustments, and sampling of molds and equipment as needed.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned to support team success.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Over 3 years of hands-on experience in plastic injection molding, including process setup, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.
  • Experience with new mold sampling and troubleshooting manufacturing issues.
  • Strong math, computer literacy, and excellent communication skills.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs when required.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Relevant certifications or technical training in manufacturing or injection molding is a plus.
  • Must have 3+ years of experience in the plastic industry/injection molding to be considered for this position

Location & Schedule:

This is an on-site position in Bedford, Ohio, with 1st/2nd shifts available, Monday through Friday.
