Purpose & Scope: This role is responsible for managing and adjusting all processes for plastics injection molding machines as well as performing daily checks on molds, machines, robots, and other related equipment.
Essential Duties May Include:
  • Completing production start-ups after mold changes
  • Implementing established processes for new and existing molds to run at optimum cycles
  • Partnering with material handlers, operators and other technicians to keep machines running
  • Assisting Quality, Tool Room, Maintenance and Engineering in resolving any issues with production
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Supervising shift and leading team-members

The ideal candidate will have:
  • 3+ years experience in processing for plastic injection molding
  • Ability to follow established procedures / specifications and maintain accurate records
  • Team player with supervisory and training experience
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
