We are a plastic injection molding manufacturer seeking a hands-on Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. This is not a desk-only manufacturing position. The Plant Manager will be actively involved on the production floor, supporting machine setup, troubleshooting processing issues, improving efficiencies, developing employees, and ensuring customer expectations are met.


The Plant Manager oversees all aspects of plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, scheduling, inventory, safety, and employee performance. The Plant Manager reports directly to company ownership and plays a key role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
