Utilizing materials like PVC, polypropylene, polyethylene, and urethane, the company provides calendering, extrusion, lamination, and conversion services. Located in Everett, Washington, Achilles USA develops unique formulations and compounding processes to deliver tailored solutions to its clients. Plastics Manufacturing Team Member - Experienced

We are looking for hard working and experienced manufacturing workers to join our team. Both day and night shifts are available.


What you will do:

  • Operate a portion of the calendaring machine by adjusting controls and ensuring compound is flowing.
  • Monitor and feed into machine plastic compound mix and recycled plastic compound.
  • Clean and maintain work area and machinery including, dust rings, floor intensive mixer, roll mills and line dumpster.
  • Follow work instructions for proper order setup of machinery and compound.
  • Assist and support production line team members in machinery clean outs, changing over orders, and troubleshooting plastic inconsistencies.

Requirements

Requirements:

At least 2 years' experience working with machines in a manufacturing environment.


Working requirements:

  • Work in a non-temperature-controlled factory environment
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Climb 3 flights of stairs regularly

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a post offer background check and drug screen in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.


Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 7 pm

Night Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 pm - 7 am
