Our client offers an opportunity to lead impactful capital projects and process improvement initiatives, partnering closely with production, maintenance, and outside vendors. This is a hands-on leadership role for a project manager looking to advance operational performance, ensure safe and efficient equipment implementation, and play a key part in the ongoing success and growth within a dynamic manufacturing environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead capital projects involving material handling systems, production equipment, facility improvements, and process upgrades.
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and implementation plans for manufacturing initiatives.
  • Coordinate vendors, suppliers, contractors, maintenance teams, and production personnel to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones, budget targets, and operational objectives are achieved on schedule.
  • Support equipment commissioning, startup, and implementation activities to achieve operational readiness.
  • Identify opportunities for productivity, safety, and efficiency enhancements and support continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
