The Product Development Engineer is responsible for the formulation and development of filled, reinforced and impact modified engineered thermoplastic compounds. This is a hands-on position that requires a significant amount of formulation, process, and lab work, as well as day to day interaction with customers, material, and equipment vendors, other RTP Development Engineers, Technicians, Sales Engineers, Customer Service Representatives, Gahanna Plant, Quality and Production Management as well as Market and Product Managers.
