Job description

DESCRIPTION
The Country Club of St. Albans is currently seeking professional and hospitality-focused receptionists to join our team. Responsibilities include fielding incoming phone calls, assisting members with dining reservations, processing Food & Beverage To-Go orders, operating coat check services, and warmly welcoming members and guests upon arrival. Receptionists play an important role in creating a positive and memorable first impression of the Club through exceptional communication, organization, and customer service skills.
As the face of the Club, candidates should maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor while providing attentive, friendly service in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred, but not required. Compensation ranges from $15-$19 per hour and is commensurate with experience.
