Job description

Position overview:

This role is responsible for managing and responding to call center inquiries, texts, and help desk tickets related to planograms (POGs) and store inventory. The position oversees the creation, execution, and maintenance of POGs while enforcing controls and assessing inventory impacts. It partners cross-functionally to support projects, ensure timelines are met, and manage updates or removals tied to new storeย openings, storeย closuresย and product lifecycle changes. The role also analyzes ad-hoc reports in Tableau to generate insights and support decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong Excelย skillsย andย understanding ofย planograms, excellent customer service skills, and is a detail-oriented, organized self-starter with strong analytical and communication abilities.ย

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, maintainย and respond to call center inquiries, texts and help desk ticketsย related to planograms (POG) and store inventory.
  • Provide and enforce controls over POG creation and updatesย and recognize inventory impacts.
  • Build and execute all POGs.
  • Partner with other departments on projects and implement timelines.ย 
  • Monitor and maintain POG updates and removals for store closings.ย ย 
  • Analyze ad-hoc reportsย from Tableau.ย
