Responsibilities:
Support the General Manager with the profitability of the store.
Utilize Earls' selection, development, and recognition programs to create an engaging leader and partner experience.
Own all front-of-house routines, systems, and procedures to ensure consistency and profitability.
Improve results by developing action plans with the leadership team.
Achieve flawless operations by developing and executing an annual business plan with the General Manager.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years experience in a similar role
A passion for service and a strong desire to pursue a career in hospitality
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun
A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests
A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship
The ability to legally work in the USA
