Position Summary

The Supply Planning Manager plays a key role in the success of Regal Rexnord's Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process for the North America region of the Motors & Drives Division within the Power Efficiency Solutions (PES) segment. This position is responsible for leading, developing, and implementing supply planning and inventory management processes across manufacturing sites. The role oversees supply plans that support demand fulfillment, validates that the supply plan can be achieved with available capacity, monitors inventory health performance, and establishes planning targets and reporting metrics. The position is expected to leverage business technologies, ERP capabilities, planning tools, and business intelligence to drive best-in-class supply planning performance across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with demand planners, site operations, and business unit leadership to develop 18-month rolling supply plans that balance supply and demand.
  • Translate the output of the Demand Plan into a Supply Plan, including rough-cut unit demand for long-range planning and SKU-based supply plans for short-range materials planning.
  • Support the regional inventory forecast process by site and material type across multiple time horizons; root cause gaps and build an action funnel to support inventory targets.
  • Ensure short-term and long-term plans align with regional and business-level strategies for working capital and on-time delivery.
  • Measure and report Inventory Health, Supply Plan Accuracy, Attainment to Plan, and Capacity Utilization; partner cross-functionally to address variances and implement improvement actions.
  • Partner with manufacturing sites to ensure production output and inventory levels support sales and service level targets.
  • Confirm supply and production plans are supported by defined labor plans and machine capacity, and address key constraint points.
  • Identify and implement ERP settings and data requirements that support the SIOP supply plan; support sites in identifying gaps, correction plans, and standard work to sustain improvements.
  • Own plant-level SIOP Supply Meetings; escal5ate constraints, identify potential solutions, drive resolution, and document risk where required.
  • Ensure the final consensus Supply Plan is integrated into the site plan.
  • Collaborate with sites to communicate supply plan risks and gaps, determine recovery actions, assess alternative supply sources, and support allocation priorities.
  • Support root cause analysis of past due demand across key focus sites to determine causes and ensure temporary and permanent countermeasures are in place to prevent future service disruptions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
  • Previous experience with Oracle or equivalent ERP system.
  • Minimum of 5 years of supply chain experience with a focus on inventory management, including proven experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Direct experience in supply planning, including translating demand forecasts into units and SKU-level plans.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools and/or Tableau.
  • Proven skillset with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, ERP platforms such as Oracle or SAP, planning tools such as Demantra, and analytical dashboards such as Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Lean tools and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, domestic and international.
  • NOT OFFERING SPONSORSHIP: Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
Benefits
  • Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Coverage
  • Spending accounts (HSA, Health Care FSA and Dependent Care FSA)
