Notre client, une entreprise manufacturière en croissance située sur la Rive-Sud de Montréal, recherche un(e) Planificateur(trice) de la demande pour soutenir l’évolution de son processus S&OP.
Relevant de la direction, la personne sera responsable des prévisions de la demande, de l’animation des revues S&OP et de l’amélioration continue des processus de planification. Le rôle demande une forte capacité d’analyse, d’influence et de collaboration avec les équipes commerciales.
Principales responsabilités
• Élaborer et maintenir les prévisions de la demande à court, moyen et long terme.
• Analyser les historiques, tendances, commandes et informations provenant des équipes commerciales.
• Identifier les écarts, risques et opportunités ayant un impact sur la demande.
• Animer les revues de la demande avec les ventes, le marketing et les autres parties prenantes.
• Suivre les principaux KPIs : Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, MAPE, etc.
• Développer des scénarios et recommandations pour soutenir les décisions S&OP.
• Contribuer à l’amélioration, la standardisation et l’automatisation des processus de planification.

Votre profil

Profil recherché
• Baccalauréat en gestion des opérations, logistique, administration, génie industriel ou domaine connexe.
• Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en Demand Planning, S&OP, IBP ou chaîne d’approvisionnement.
• Expérience en environnement manufacturier B2B.
• Bonne connaissance des processus S&OP et des indicateurs de performance liés aux prévisions.
• Excellente maîtrise d’Excel et expérience avec des ERP ou outils de planification; D365 est un atout.
• Bilinguisme français/anglais requis.
• Fortes capacités analytiques, communicationnelles et d’influence.
• Autonomie, sens des affaires et aisance dans un environnement en transformation.
