Title: Demand Planner
Location: Atlanta, GA
Overview:
We're partnering with a growing organization looking to add a Demand Planner to their team. This role will play a key part in forecasting demand, driving inventory strategy, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure alignment between sales, operations, and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data and market trends
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive forecast accuracy
  • Support S&OP / IBP processes and monthly planning cycles
  • Analyze demand variability and identify risks/opportunities
  • Monitor inventory levels and improve forecasting models
  • Provide reporting and insights to leadership to support decision-making
Qualifications:
  • 3-7+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/planning systems
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales/operations teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Experience with S&OP or IBP processes is a plus
