HYBRID ROLE BASED OUT OF OUR NORCROSS OFFICE
Job Purpose:
Our Demand Planner will be responsible for collaborating with cross functional teams to forecast, plan and optimize inventory levels while aligning with sales projections and operational requirements. This role will help maintain a balance between customer demand with supply chain efficiency. Individuals in this role will also collaborate with Supply Planning to help manage the implementation of new strategic programs, inventory requirements for key accounts and will facilitate proactive resolution and communication of supply and demand gaps to key stakeholders through a repeatable S&OP process.
Job Responsibilities:
โ€ข Generate weekly demand forecast, analyze forecast accuracy, recommend adjustments within Oracle System (EVO) Demand Plan.
โ€ข Perform regular review of forecast parameters and make periodic adjustments.
โ€ข Will work directly with customers and monitor the demand plan by measuring actual vs. planned performance for assigned region, category, and customers.
โ€ข Manage new product introductions to optimize service levels.
โ€ข Develop regular cadence with Sales Leadership to conduct reviews and incorporate field level intelligence into the demand plan; monitor accuracy of input received.
โ€ข Conduct research using primary data sources and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends and provide regional market and Customer intelligence to Supply Chain Planning team.
โ€ข Work with Supply Planners and Supply Chain Analyst for inventory adjustments to achieve objectives (fill rate, DIOH, D&E, etc.).
โ€ข Coordinate regional rollout of marketing initiatives in collaboration with Sales Leaders, Supply Planners, and Category Management.
โ€ข Collaborate with Sales on selected Customer accounts to establish a Consensus Demand Planning process.
โ€ข Facilitate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, resolve, and communicate supply and demand gaps to arrive at a consensus plan as part of the S&OP Process.
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
โ€ข Demonstrated understanding of Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning and S&OP Processes.
โ€ข Knowledge of advanced planning systems.
โ€ข Strong statistical and analytical skills, able to manage complex data sets.
โ€ข Oversee scheduling and workload distribution across multiple warehouses to ensure timely production and on-time order fulfillment.
โ€ข Work closely with local Warehouse Ops, Account Management and Kitting Program Specialists to balance capacity and existing warehouse schedule constraints with business growth needs while ensuring minimal disruption to customer expectations. Ensure seamless execution of supply/demand plans within capacity constraints and customer requirements.
โ€ข Issue warehouse pick lists for work orders to move inventory to production lines.
โ€ข Complete a validation analysis of inventory at least one week prior to planned start date.
โ€ข Forecast labor and communicate directly with Ops and Contractors on assignment performance.
โ€ข Conducts quarterly and seasonal analysis on projects across top clients to assess overall supply chain performance.

โ€ข Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Replenishment Planning preferred.
โ€ข Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
โ€ข Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
