Hammond Lumber Company is currently seeking the newest member of their Planer mill team to work at the Belgrade, Maine location.


Planer Mill Worker Job Responsibilities

  • Will stack, tally, wrap and package lumber
  • Helps maintain a clean mill and assists with maintenance of the facility
  • Operates forklifts and tilt hoist
  • Will eventually learn how operate machinery within the mill
  • Will perform other tasks as assigned
  • NO WEEKENDS!

Requirements

  • Ideal candidate would be available for Monday-Thursday 6:00-4:30 and Fridays 6:00-3:30
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to follow established procedures and practices
  • Basic computer skills a must
