Weโ€™re looking for an Associate Creative Director/Copy, Healthcare to join our team.


Skills and experience

  • Minimum 8 years agency experience with at least two years leading cross-functional teams
  • Healthcare experience required; pharma preferred
  • Experience leading creative development from concept through execution, ensuring work is strategic, compelling, and delivered on time
  • Exceptional portfolio with compelling concepts, multi-channel activation, and crisp short- and long-form copy
  • Ability to translate business objectives into effective creative solutions
  • Experience developing positioning strategy and brand narratives
  • Experience framing research and discovery phases to shape brand strategy, facilitating client workshops, and taking lead role in synthesis
  • Fluency across digital, social, and print
  • Passion for problem solving and systems thinking
  • Comfort navigating complexity and ambiguity
  • Proven success cultivating client relationships and influence
  • Comfort handling multiple projects and reprioritization in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
