The Relief Pit Supervisor will oversee all activities of the table games department to ensure the efficient operation. They will also act as a Dealer to assist with shift coverage.

- Perform all aspects of dealing assigned games while maintaining the highest standards in customer service.
- Assist in tracking play and game observation.
- Demonstrate an effective working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures for all games played on property.
- Demonstrate good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards, and money.
- Always present oneself as a credit to the Legends Bay Casino and encourages others to do the same.
- Resolve customer complaints / disputes where possible or refer such matters to a supervisor/manager.
- Ensure the team adheres to the gaming procedures, as set out in the Legends Bay Casino Procedures manual.
- Oversees the Table Games area.
- Provide motivation, guidance, and support to Table Games Team Members.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma and/or GED.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the gaming industry.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Respond to common inquiries and/or complaints from guest.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
