As a Director, Creator Marketing at Zeno, you will lead integrated creator marketing programs for leading consumer brands. Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams, you will develop creator strategies that span paid, earned and owned channels while guiding campaigns from concept through execution, optimization and reporting.

This role is ideal for a strategic creator marketing leader who enjoys both big-picture thinking and hands-on collaboration. You'll have the opportunity to shape client programs, mentor team members and help evolve Zeno's creator marketing capabilities across the agency.

About the Role:

  • Creator Strategy & Campaign Leadership: Develop and lead creator marketing strategies that align with client objectives, audience insights and business goals across a variety of consumer brands and campaigns.

  • Creator Partnerships & Program Management: Lead creator identification, vetting, negotiations, relationship management and campaign execution while building authentic partnerships across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and emerging channels.

  • Paid Creator & Performance Optimization: Partner with paid media and analytics teams to develop creator amplification strategies, including whitelisting, performance measurement, optimization and reporting.

  • Content & Platform Innovation: Monitor creator trends, platform updates and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities that strengthen campaign performance and audience engagement.

  • Client Leadership & Strategic Guidance: Build strong client relationships by providing strategic recommendations, communicating campaign performance and helping clients navigate the evolving creator landscape.

  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor and support team members while fostering a collaborative environment where people can learn, grow and do their best work. Guide integrated teams on creator marketing best practices and campaign development.

  • Business Growth & Agency Development: Identify partnership opportunities, contribute to new business efforts and help strengthen Zeno's creator marketing capabilities through innovation, process improvements and thought leadership.

About You:

  • 6+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, communications or related fields within an agency or other fast-paced environment.

  • Proven success developing and leading creator marketing programs for consumer brands across multiple social platforms.

  • Deep understanding of creator partnerships, platform dynamics, audience behaviors and creator relationship management.

  • Experience working across multiple client engagements while managing complex programs and priorities.

  • Experience supporting ecommerce, social commerce or TikTok-focused campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of creator whitelisting, paid social amplification and creator marketing measurement.

  • Experience using analytics and performance data to optimize campaigns and counsel clients on KPIs and business outcomes.

  • Strong project and account management skills, including experience managing agency fees, budgets and campaign resources.

  • Strong presentation, communication and relationship-building skills, with experience leading client discussions and integrated teams.

  • Experience mentoring team members and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing culture.

  • Curiosity about creator culture, emerging platforms and the future of digital communications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience developing integrated creator programs across paid, earned and owned channels.

  • Experience identifying strategic partnerships or supporting business development initiatives.

  • Experience collaborating with paid media, analytics and creative teams on integrated campaigns.
