Pinnacle Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time remote telehealth position. Work Environment

This remote telehealth position allows you the flexibility to provide therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or any location that best suits your needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, as experienced by clients.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs, goals, and preferences of clients, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client growth and resilience.
  • Provide educational support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies, fostering a collaborative approach to mental health.
  • Continuously monitor and track client progress, making appropriate adjustments to treatment plans to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care for clients, focusing on all dimensions of their well-being.
  • Stay informed about the latest research and advancements related to mood disorders to enhance treatment strategies and client care.

Qualifications
