Pinnacle Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time remote telehealth position. This remote telehealth position allows you the flexibility to provide therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or any location that best suits your needs. You will engage with clients using secure digital platforms ensuring confidentiality and convenience. Our full-time work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, as experienced by clients.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs, goals, and preferences of clients, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices.
• Implement therapeutic interventions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client growth and resilience.
• Provide educational support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies, fostering a collaborative approach to mental health.
• Continuously monitor and track client progress, making appropriate adjustments to treatment plans to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care for clients, focusing on all dimensions of their well-being.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements related to mood disorders to enhance treatment strategies and client care.
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential documentation per legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring the integrity of client information.
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development sessions to continue growing as a therapist and contributing to the center’s mission.
• Advocate for clients' needs, addressing barriers and promoting mental health awareness to reduce stigma associated with mental health issues.

Your role primarily focuses on individuals grappling with mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Pinnacle Rehab Center is committed to serving a wide array of clients, including vulnerable populations such as refugees, survivors of domestic abuse, and individuals experiencing homelessness. By providing effective treatment in a supportive environment, you will help clients build coping skills, improve their emotional well-being, and achieve their therapeutic goals.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated ability to establish secure and trusting therapeutic relationships with clients through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibiting empathy, understanding, and a non-judgmental attitude in interactions with clients, promoting a safe therapeutic space.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance clinical responsibilities and administrative tasks effectively.

• Experience working with diverse client populations, specifically those facing mood disorders and trauma.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and experience providing therapy remotely.
• Work experience in a multidisciplinary team setting focusing on integrated care.
