We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join the dedicated team at Pinnacle Rehab Center. This role is designed to be entirely remote, allowing therapists to work from the comfort of their homes while still making a significant impact in the lives of our clients. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms in clients suffering from mood disorders.
• Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that align with their personal goals and recovery aspirations, utilizing evidence-based methods.
• Implement therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to client needs.
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies, facilitating empowerment and informed decision-making.
• Monitor client progress consistently, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
• Coordinate with psychiatrists and other health care professionals to deliver integrated, multidisciplinary care that addresses all aspects of a client's mental health.
• Stay current with research and advancements in the field of mood disorders to enhance treatment methodologies and client outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities to foster a culture of learning.
• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs, addressing stigma and fostering an inclusive environment for all individuals seeking support.

The clients you will work with come from diverse backgrounds and may experience a variety of mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. You will provide vital support to individuals from different walks of life, including vulnerable populations such as the homeless, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse, working to equip them with essential skills for recovery and resilience.

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and therapeutic relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated empathy, understanding, and a nonjudgmental perspective towards clients' struggles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively balance therapy sessions and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience working with clients facing mood disorders, particularly in an outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Previous experience engaging with marginalized communities or vulnerable populations.
• Knowledge or experience in team-based care and communication within a multidisciplinary setting.

• A competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
