This position comes with a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, dependent on your experience and qualifications.

As a Physical Therapist at Pinnacle Rehab Associates, you will work in an onsite rehabilitation facility designed with modern equipment and a comfortable atmosphere for both staff and patients. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Directing physical therapy treatments aimed at preventing disability, alleviating pain, and restoring or optimizing patients' muscle function, adhering to individualized care plans.
• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients' functional levels by performing diagnostic tests on muscles, nerves, and joints, which guide the development of tailored treatment strategies.
• Supervising Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure adherence to established plans of care while providing mentorship and support in therapy delivery.
• Administering therapeutic exercises, manual therapies, and collaborating with patients on home exercise programs to promote independence and recovery.
• Evaluating patients’ home environments to identify potential barriers to rehabilitation and making insightful recommendations to enhance their independence.
• Documenting patient progress meticulously through clinical records, including evaluations, care plans, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases, share insights, and collaboratively revise treatment plans based on observed results and patient feedback.
• Providing education to patients and their families regarding physical therapy practices and the use of assistive devices, ensuring they feel informed and empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintaining timely documentation and communication with physicians and case managers regarding any changes in patient conditions or responses to therapy.

• A current, valid Physical Therapy license in good standing for the state of Texas.
• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety during treatments.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable automobile insurance for travel to home visits, if applicable.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care with compassion and integrity.
• The ability to lead, motivate, and inspire both clients and support staff within a fast-paced environment.

While not mandatory, preferred qualifications include:

• Two or more years of experience in a rehabilitation setting, particularly with complex cases.
• Advanced certifications in specialized physical therapy areas, such as orthopedics or geriatrics.
• Experience in a leadership role or with mentoring Physical Therapy Assistants.
