Catering Manager – The Pinnacle Chick-fil-A

Do you have a passion for serving others, building relationships, and creating remarkable experiences?

The Pinnacle Chick-fil-A is looking for a highly motivated Catering Manager to lead and grow our catering business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on connecting with people, is highly organized, and enjoys delivering exceptional hospitality.

As our Catering Manager, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for catering guests, ensuring every order is executed with excellence while building lasting relationships within our community.

Responsibilities

Grow catering sales through community outreach and relationship building.

Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, healthcare facilities, and organizations.

Coordinate all catering orders from inquiry to delivery.

Ensure catering orders are accurate, on time, and exceed guest expectations.

Communicate effectively with Front of House and Back of House teams to ensure seamless execution.

Manage catering schedules, deliveries, and staffing needs.

Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Represent Chick-fil-A’s hospitality and brand standards at all times.

Identify opportunities to increase catering sales through promotions and community events.

Maintain detailed records of catering orders and guest communications.

Qualifications

Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.
