• Control, monitor, and audit privileged access to systems and applications
• Develop metrics, alerts, integrate monitoring solutions, and dashboard
• Azure cloud and DevOps knowledge
• Programming knowledge Java/Python
• Scripting Knowledge Arm Templates, Ansible
• Any RDBMS/SQL knowledge
Roles & Responsibilities
• Troubleshooting skills/ability
• Setting up Idp and SP connections, Policies, Selectors, Adapters and contract mapping in PingFederate
• Access Token Management, Access Token Mapping, OIDC polices in PingFederate
• Creating Applications, Rules, Rulesets, coarse grain authorization etc in PingAccess
• Onboarding Applications into PingAccess and PingFederate
• Working on ServiceNow tickets
• Application Troubleshooting and ServiceNow response
• 24x7x365 on-call support rotation (PagerDuty)
• Renewal of Certificates
• Monitor IAM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)•
