Ping Developer/Architect

Please initiate sourcing for this upcoming Ping Developer/Architect requirement. We would highly prefer Dallas or nearby based candidates who can manage to come onsite when required at their own expense (couple of times a month). Max rate would be $100/hour.

Job Description:

The candidate should have 8-12 years of experience and expertise in Ping Identity products and technologies, including PingFederate, Ping Access, Ping Directory, and PingOne Advance Identity Cloud (formerly ForgeRock).

Candidate should have extensive knowledge of deploying solution to cloud or on-premises environment and should have good knowledge of configuring customer identity flow (login, forget password and change MFA flow) using Ping One Services.

Having good knowledge of developing custom adapter and working experience with Ping API's will be added advantage.

Development experience with either Java or .NET to work on custom adapter or update existing wrapper class to use Ping API for token exchange and validation.

Providing engineering support for client application teams, implementing new features, troubleshooting access issues, and ensuring the smooth integration of Ping SSO services.

Develop, onboard, and integrate services using Ping Identity products.

Implement new and enhanced features in collaboration with application teams.

Attend meetings with application teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.

Troubleshoot and resolve access issues reported by end users and service providers.

Connect application teams and gather necessary information for onboarding new apps.

Work on lower and production environments to design, test, and troubleshoot application onboarding and access issues.

Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
