Location: 957 S. Dobson Road 

Pima Medical Institute, a trusted provider of quality education in the western United States, is celebrating more than 50 years of excellence. With 16 campuses in 8 states and a growing online program, we offer certificates and associate degrees in allied health, as well as online associate, bachelor's, and master's degree completion programs. We are dedicated to providing exceptional education and training for adults seeking careers in healthcare.

About the Role:

We seek a dynamic and passionate Campus Director to lead our East Valley campus. The ideal candidate will be committed to adult education, quality, growth, professional development, retention, and the overall success of our students and faculty. The Campus Director will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive student and faculty experience while driving the success of the campus and Pima Medical Institute.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the campus operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regional and national accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive academic and student affairs program that fosters an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
  • Manage campus budgets, resources, and fund allocations effectively to support institutional goals.
  • Cultivate relationships with faculty, staff, students, and community partners to enhance educational offerings and support services.
  • Lead recruitment, development, and retention efforts for faculty and staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Monitor and assess campus performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Campus Director, Campus President, or a similar leadership position in a private higher education setting.
  • Demonstrated understanding of higher education accreditation processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficient in budget management and resource allocation practices within an educational setting.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in public speaking and stakeholder engagement.
