Pick & Pack Worker | Rochester, MN | $21.00/hr.
Ready for a new opportunity with weekly pay, steady hours, and great benefits? Join Kelly as a Pick & Pack Worker in Rochester, MN!
Schedule & Pay
•    Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:00am–8:00pm
•    Location: Onsite in Rochester, MN
•    Pay: $21.00/hour (paid weekly)
•    Start: Quick onboarding—start working soon!
What You’ll Do
•   Perform the physical and clerical duties involved in accurately receiving, storing, picking, checking, and shipping materials
•   Load, unload, and move material in a safe manner manually or by using powered industrial equipment
•   Assemble, package, label, stack, palletize and route material for safe delivery or storage
•   Perform all assigned duties in a professional and ethical manner
•   Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
•   Lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs. and perform repeated physical tasks such as standing, walking, and bending throughout your shift

•    Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
•    Strong mechanical aptitude, math, and reading skills
•    Strong commitment to attendance, safety, and teamwork
•    Capability to perform the physical aspects of the role
