Job description

We are looking for a dependable Packing & Order Picking Associate to join a busy warehouse team on 1st shift. This position will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packing products for shipment, and helping keep inventory organized.

Responsibilities
  • Pick customer orders accurately using pick tickets and/or scan guns
  • Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment
  • Verify part numbers, quantities, and product accuracy
  • Perform basic inventory checks and report discrepancies
  • Stage completed orders for shipping
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area
  • Follow all warehouse and safety procedures
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements
  • Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, or shipping experience preferred
  • Experience using an RF scanner/scan gun is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work at a steady pace and meet daily production goals
  • Basic computer and inventory skills preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs. as needed
  • Reliable attendance and transportation
