• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from various conditions such as injuries, surgeries, and chronic illnesses using evidence-based practices.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, hands-on techniques, and modern therapeutic modalities to alleviate pain and restore function.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, providing ongoing evaluations to adjust treatment plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
• Educate and empower patients, caregivers, and families on their treatment approaches, self-care strategies, and the effective use of assistive devices to promote independence.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and networking opportunities to stay abreast of advancements in the field of physical therapy.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare providers to provide comprehensive care for our patients.

Our outpatient services cater to a diverse population encompassing pediatric and adult patients with varying diagnoses, including orthopedic concerns, neurological conditions, post-operative recovery, and sports injuries. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals from different backgrounds, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and rehabilitation objectives.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or higher (Doctorate of Physical Therapy - DPT preferred).
• A valid state license to practice Physical Therapy in Florida.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information to patients and their families.
• Proficient in utilizing technology and software for documentation and patient management.
• A high level of adaptability and flexibility in handling diverse patient needs and schedules.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting, ideally with exposure to outpatient care or home health.
• Experience working with assistive devices and durable medical equipment.
• Background in mentoring new grads or students is a plus, as we are open to fostering new talent.
