Job description

Physical Therapist (PT) Job - Wilmington, DE 171255
Why You'll Love This Job
Tired of the high-volume mill? FYZICAL North Wilmington offers a 1-on-1 care model (max ~60 cases/week), direct tax-free student loan paydown, 50% paid medical, free continuing ed, and zero late-night charting.
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - North Wilmington is looking to grow our clinical team with the addition of a full time Physical Therapist (DPT).
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is a national brand with ~650 locations around the United States. Our PT practice offers full-spectrum orthopedic PT but our differentiation is on Balance and Vestibular Therapy. If you're looking for a change while also looking to deepen your skills and certification scope, FYZICAL offers free Continuing Education utilizing our own internal FYZICAL College learning platform.
Note - don't worry if you don't have a background in vestibular, as it's part of our clinical onboarding process.
Overview
This role is full-time, in-person in our brand new state of the art North Wilmington clinic. Your expertise will help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life through personalized care plans. We are committed to fostering a supportive environment where your skills can grow and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
Among the many great benefits available to the right candidate, our clinicians treat within a 1:1 care model, with a careful eye towards a healthy work/life balance. You shouldn't take work home with you, you won't be completing documentation at night or on weekends, and you WON'T be working in a "PT mill" seeing 80-90 treatments per week!
Responsibilities
