About the Opportunity

In this role you will:

• Provide evidence-based physiotherapy services focused on improving the health, wellbeing and outcomes of patients and clients.
• Participate in clinical rotations across a range of physiotherapy areas, gaining valuable experience and developing your skills across different settings.
• Work under professional supervision while building your clinical knowledge, assessment and treatment skills through hands-on experience and ongoing education.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, patients, carers and families to support high-quality, person-centred care.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, education activities and the ongoing development of physiotherapy services across the Central Coast Local Health District.

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated new graduate who is ready to develop their clinical skills, embrace new learning opportunities and contribute to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across the Central Coast Local Health District.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A sound undergraduate academic record, including relevant clinical placement experience.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands in a busy clinical environment.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team while seeking and responding positively to professional supervision and feedback.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development, evidence-based practice and quality improvement, with a genuine desire to contribute to the Caring for the Coast vision.
