Job description

Product Manager ?Digital AI Team

Location: Danboro, PA (Will need to be based out of office in Danboro 5 days a week)
Pls note : This is a 6 month Contract to extend if needed

About the Role

As the founding Product Manager on our client?s new Digital AI Team, you?ll translate business goals, customer needs, and technical capabilities into a unified roadmap that accelerates their digital transformation. You?ll sit at the intersection of AI innovation, manufacturing operations, and customer experience. This is a high-impact role for a builder ? someone who thrives in ambiguity, connects technology to business value, and can bring digital ideas to life through structured execution. The role highly prefers someone with a physical Product based experience, especially from a manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for the Speed of Now platform ? spanning AI forecasting, digital quoting, customer portals, and Salesforce integration.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, UX, and manufacturing teams to define product requirements that accelerate time-to-market.
  • Translate customer and partner feedback from OEMs, ODMs, EMS, and CMs into actionable insights and prioritization.
  • Integrate Salesforce Customer 360, AWS AI/ML, and manufacturing systems (ERP, MES, PLM) into a unified digital workflow.
  • Define and monitor success metrics (speed, predictability, engagement, NPS) that quantify ?Speed of Now? impact.
  • Lead agile ceremonies ? backlog grooming, sprint planning, and iteration reviews ? ensuring clear ownership and delivery cadence.
  • Partner with marketing and commercial teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new digital features and tools.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation and learning ? using data and feedback to continually improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor?s or Master?s in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of product management experience, ideally within manufacturing, SaaS, or digital transformation environments.
  • Proven experience launching digital products integrating Salesforce, AI/ML, or cloud-based enterprise systems (AWS preferred).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes, including lead-time, capacity, and order fulfillment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments ? balancing engineering constraints, operational realities, and customer needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence at both executive and technical levels.
  • Hands-on familiarity with agile methodologies, Jira, and cross-functional sprint leadership
