The Account Manager will own an assigned territory of small and mid-sized healthcare organizations, managing existing customer relationships while proactively developing new opportunities through inbound leads, former customer outreach, and account expansion. Each territory includes a defined portfolio of customers, inbound inquiries generated through marketing efforts, and opportunities to recover inactive accounts and introduce additional products and subscription solutions.
This role serves as the first step in MedLearn's Sales Career Path, with opportunities to advance into Regional Account Manager and Senior Regional Account Manager positions based on performance.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound marketing inquiries, webinar registrations, product interest requests, and content download leads.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through regular communication and consultative engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and new subscription sales within existing customer accounts.
  • Re-engage inactive customers and recover former accounts through proactive outreach efforts.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, goals, and educational needs related to coding, compliance, reimbursement, and healthcare operations.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, customer follow-up, and relationship management.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, and Editorial teams to support customer success and revenue growth objectives.
  • Maintain knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulatory changes, and MedLearn's evolving product portfolio.
  • Represent MedLearn with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-focused approach in all interactions.
