Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsibilities may vary based on the day and may include personal assistance, photography support, administrative tasks, and client communication
• Run personal errands (shopping, pickups, deliveries, etc.)
• Manage day-to-day personal tasks as needed
• Assist with photography production and on-set duties
• Coordinate scheduling and communicate with clients
• Support marketing and promotional activities
• Help manage emails, DMs, and client messages
• Assist with travel planning and bookings
• Pick up and drop off photography equipment as needed
• Assist with lighting, equipment setup, and breakdown when needed
• Help with photo culling and basic editing when needed

Additional responsibilities will be discussed during the interview

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must have flexible availability (PRN / as-needed role)
• Must be available nights and weekends
• Must be punctual, organized, and professional on set
• Basic knowledge of photography equipment is a plus
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Must be able to work in confidential and public-facing environments with professionalism and discretion
• Must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
• Must be a self-starter and take initiative
