• Manage communications around model options and track responses, availability, and
confirmations.
Contracts and Invoicing
• Own end-to-end management of model contracts, including routing approvals through
legal and finance and tracking execution.
• Manage model invoicing and partner with finance to ensure timely processing.
• Maintain accurate records of all active and completed contracts across both brands.
Production Documentation
• Own the creation and ongoing maintenance of seasonal photoshoot plan documents in
partnership with the Photo Art Director.
• Keep plan documents current, accurate, and shared with all relevant shoot stakeholders.
• Track shoot schedules, call sheets, and talent logistics to support smooth execution on set.
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Serve as a liaison between the photo creative team and external partners, including
agencies, talent, and vendors.
• Support the Photo Art Director with pre-production preparation, including reference
gathering, mood board organization, and shoot logistics.
• Assist with post-production coordination, including asset tracking and delivery confirmation.
What You Bring:
• 2+ years of experience in photo production, creative operations, or a related role within
fashion, retail, or a creative agency.
• Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to managing multiple projects
simultaneously.
• Familiarity with model agency processes, talent contracts, and standard production
workflows.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and deadlines matter.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with project
management or production tracking tools is a plus.
