• Own end-to-end management of model contracts, including routing approvals through legal and finance and tracking execution.
• Manage model invoicing and partner with finance to ensure timely processing.
• Maintain accurate records of all active and completed contracts across both brands.
Production Documentation
• Own the creation and ongoing maintenance of seasonal photoshoot plan documents in partnership with the Photo Art Director.
• Keep plan documents current, accurate, and shared with all relevant shoot stakeholders.

• 2+ years of experience in photo production, creative operations, or a related role within fashion, retail, or a creative agency.
• Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with model agency processes, talent contracts, and standard production workflows.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and deadlines matter.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with project management or production tracking tools is a plus.
