Responsibilities

  • Maintain digital asset management systems, including file organization, metadata standards, asset cataloging, version control, and content distribution.
  • Manage photography studio operations, equipment inventories, maintenance schedules, and production workflows to ensure operational readiness and efficiency.
  • Monitor project status, communicate progress to stakeholders, and proactively identify and address production risks, challenges, and resource needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative Services, Product Management, Category Management, Sales, and E-Commerce teams to support strategic business initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency in visual quality, brand identity, retailer compliance requirements, and asset standards across all content produced.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements, workflow enhancements, and technology upgrades to improve content quality, efficiency, and asset management effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred in Photography, Visual Communications, Marketing, Media Production, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of professional commercial photography experience.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of photography lighting, composition, color management, and image editing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Experience with digital asset management systems.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, and move throughout office, studio, warehouse, and on-location work environments.
  • Frequently required to use hands and fingers to operate cameras, computers, editing equipment, mobile devices, and production tools.
  • Ability to transport, set up, and break down photography and video equipment, lighting systems, backdrops, props, and related production materials.
  • Occasionally required to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment and materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • May be required to work from ladders, platforms, or elevated positions when setting up photography or production equipment.
  • Requires visual acuity to capture, edit, review, and evaluate photographic and video content, including close-up detail work and color accuracy.
  • Ability to travel between company facilities, event locations, customer sites, or off-site production venues as needed.
  • May require extended periods of computer use for photo editing, asset management, project planning, and administrative responsibilities.
