THE ROLE
This role supports the end-to-end studio photography workflow by producing consistent, high-quality product imagery that meets brand standards. You'll assist with lighting and studio setup, prepare merchandise for shooting, complete basic post-production tasks, and help maintain an organized, efficient studio environment. The position also requires meeting technical and stylistic quality expectations while sustaining strong productivity levels, ensuring smooth product flow and readiness for the responsibilities outlined in the bullets below.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Capture high-quality product imagery in a studio setting, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Support all studio setups, including lighting, backgrounds, and ghost-mannequin configuration.
  • Perform basic post-production tasks such as color correction, file naming, and image uploads.
  • Maintain an organized studio by managing equipment, props, and overall workspace readiness.
  • Uphold technical and stylistic standards across all visual assets.
  • Sustain strong productivity levels by keeping a healthy UPH and following FIFO product workflows.
  • Prepare products for shooting through steaming, lacing, stuffing, and other styling steps.
WHO YOU ARE
  • Basic knowledge of photography principles (lighting, composition, exposure).
  • Familiarity with DSLR cameras
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow styling directions to meet company standards.
  • Experience with product and studio photography.
  • Knowledge of color correction and retouching techniques in Photoshop & Lightroom.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.

NYC WAGE TRANSPARENCY LAW
  • The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $19 and $20/[hour]; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
