Pay: $90,000 - $100,000 Annual Salary
Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm (shift can be flexible)
Location: This position works in-office at our Raytown, Missouri location.

As a member of a small team, you will be charged to analyze, design, develop, modify, install and maintain the company's custom production workflow and lab management applications. These applications are comprised of handful of C# .Net intranet websites along with many web services and windows service applications. We primarily develop in Visual Studio 2022. This position includes both development and maintenance of applications as well as internal support of those applications.
Our Tech Stack:
  • Backend: C#, .Net 4.7 to .Net core 8+, Web Services, Windows Services and Web Applications
  • Database: MS SQL Server (Complex Queries, Stored Procedures)
  • Tooling: VS 2022, Agile/Lean Workflows

What You'll Do:
  • Core Engineering: Design, build, and maintain our custom production and lab management systems using C# .Net and SQL
  • Solution Architecture: Partner directly with business stakeholders to translate complex manufacturing needs into elegant, performant software
  • Full-Lifecycle Ownership: Experience the gratification of end-to-end development-from agile scoping and coding to deployment and internal support

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years developing in C# .Net (middle tier/BL/DAL)
  • Familiarity with .Net 4+ (Framework and .Net core 6+), MS SQL, and Visual Studio 2019+
  • Familiarity with Lean/Agile software development practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skill and works well in a team environment
  • Must be able to work autonomously without much oversight and direction
  • Strong professional work ethic

  • Worked in a manufacturing company environment
  • Lean training/exposure/experience
  • Agile exposure
  • Photography experience
  • Cloud application development experience
