About the Job
We currently have an exciting opportunity for On Call Photo Art Director to join our Photo Studio team. This individual will act as on set Art Director for our E-commerce Fashion shoots in an on-call capacity, partnering with Studio Production Manager, Studio Photographer, Stylist, and other staff to uphold brand standards and achieve daily shot requirements in support of our E-commerce business.
What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities
• Provide on set studio photo art direction and guidance to talent
• Partner with internal Creative and Studio team members to learn associated guidelines and standards
• Partner with Studio Photographer, Stylists, and Studio Merchants to achieve daily shot requirements and prioritize as needed
• Follow brand standards and guidance provided to achieve consistency and brand standards
• Organize, review, and make final selects for ecom product page imagery and record post-production notes for retouch team
• Be available for blocks of days associated with the scheduled project to complete entire project
What You'll Bring | Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Design/Art Direction, Photography, or similar field experience
• 5 - 7 years' experience on set studio in on figure, product and ecommerce specific photo art direction. Experience with menswear a plus.
• Knowledge of design/composition and photography best practices, guidelines, and on set etiquette
• Exceptional communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly and ensure deadlines are met with a solution-oriented, efficiency-focused mindset

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
• Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
  • Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
  • Hours are on an as needed basis, as work dictates, from our Berkeley California and then Dublin, California location.

$109 - $119 per hour. We take into consideration an individual's skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
